Our 2024 started with reworking the children’s area, particularly the chapter book shelves and activity area! While our handy-dandy map for the original layout from 2021 helped navigate the shelves, we are excited to make the children’s area feel more open and accessible for patrons.
Shelbyville - Bedford County Public Library (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, the District strives to provide an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, AA, and commercial screen reading software.
