Meeting Rooms

Whether you need a quiet Study Room or a Community Room large enough for meetings, events, or job fairs, we have Meeting Rooms available to use for free.

To use our Study Rooms: Check in at the front desk or call the Library. While walk-in use of the Study Rooms is only available on a first-come, first-served basis, you can call us at (931) 684-7323 or schedule in-person to reserve a room in advance and guarantee that a room will be available. Study Rooms can be held for up to half a day (4 hours) at a time. Please refer to the Study Room Policy for pictures of the Study Rooms.

To use our Community Room: Fill out the below virtual Meeting Room Agreement Form or stop by the Library to fill out the form in person. Please refer to the Meeting Room Policy before completing the Meeting Room Agreement Form. You must provide a $150.00 security deposit prior to the event. We will return the security deposit to you after the event as long as the room is not damaged. All events must be free and open to the public.

The security deposit is not required for official government use of the community room.

DISCLAIMER: Public Meeting Room use does not constitute Library endorsement of the beliefs or ideas expressed by organizations or individuals using the space.
